A renter books your unit on one of the marketplaces we list it on. The platform takes their payment up front and holds the deposit.
Renter screening, pickup walkthrough, mid-trip support, return inspection, full clean. You never touch the unit or speak to the guest.
After the trip completes, the platform releases the gross booking amount minus their own service fee (typically 10–25% depending on the platform).
We deduct cleaning, supplies and our management fee — then post your monthly statement showing each booking and each deduction.
Your share lands in your bank account on the same date every month. You use it however you want — most owners apply it directly to the loan payment.
